Prema777, a native Staten Islander, took interest in Hip Hop at an early age. Her older siblings immersed her in music as she was entering adolescence. Music was also the light that kept her going when that same family went through trials & tribulations. As Prema grew, she began to gain confidence in her artistic abilities. However it wasn’t until her father, who has since moved on to the next existence, gave her encouragement that she was able to really spark the match that ignited the fire in her heart for Hip Hop. Through perseverance & relentless determination Prema777 has harnessed an eclectic vibe in her sound, with deep roots in boom bap & soul.
