DevRock is a father, husband, teacher, organizer, and artist committed to the well being of his community.  The Baltimore-bred bard finds himself deeply immersed in music and activism campaigns aimed to create positive transformations for impoverished urban people.  He co-founded Leaders of a Beautiful Struggle (LBSwww.lbsbaltimore.com and helped create the Media Rhythm Institute.

As the Minister of Culture of LBS, Dev has produced over 20 songs for Baltimore youth to use as tools for social change, performed at over 100 rallies/protests, and executive produced “The Foundation”: a compilation album comprised of 40+ artists and dedicated to discussing police accountability.  

He explains his latest track, “Creepin”
“In these days of social media and current situations the art of letting your pot boil until you finish cooking is missing. As you and I both know when you have ideas and work of value its important to have a little creep to yourself. I been creepin’ for years and now its time to show the world what I’ve been working on.”
