The main purpose of this series is to give a voice to those lost in the system of the Department Of Corrections and to draw awareness to the fact that Wisconsin continues to have an alarmingly high rate of incarceration of black males, and we continue to lose our youth to the system before they even know what the system has in store for them. Connecting art from those on the outside, with the art and voices from those on the inside, Outside In Inside Out: Mics N Bars Volume 3 continues to offer an avenue of expression and a method of bringing people together.
