Lyrical specialist and Detroit native Obie Trice debuted his brand new single “Good Girls” at midnight last night which serves as the introduction to his upcoming album “The Hangover”, releasing on August 7th. For those familiar to Trice, you’ll recall his first major single release was “Got Some Teeth”. “Good Girls” is that song on steroids with more of a commercial vibe thanks to the EDM styled production of Grammy Award winner, Magnedo. It’s great seeing Obie back on the scene and if “Good Girls” is any type of precursor of what to expect from “The Hangover”, you better have a pair of sunglasses and a bottle of Advil on hand once August 7th rolls around.
