Chicago, Illinois artist Dion Jetson gets an assist from Fiend of No Limit Records fame for the sky high anthem, “Airplane Raps”. Featuring production from Los Angeles, California’s Matthaus Beatz, the subtle piano laced instrumental serves as a backdrop as Jetson & International Jones travel to and fro from New Orleans to Chicago. The single will also be featured on Dion’s upcoming “The Ear & The Heart” project dropping sometime soon. Here’s a few choice words from Jetson on the collaborative effort:
Fiend has always been one of my favorite artists and his versatility has always been one of my favorite things about him. Once I heard the beat, I knew it would be perfect for Fiend. He did too and that’s why on the opening he says “this track is like deja vu”. My upcoming project covers a lot of topics and if I had to describe it in one word I’d say “versatile”. I worked with producers from all over the world on this album and still kept it Chicago, I’m excited about it and I hope everybody who listens will be excited too.
