“Feelin good” is about being happy in your own skin, living in the moment and owning it. The opening line is a question “hey, how u doin?”, I phrased it like that to make the listeners think how am I feeling. Assessing your situation even for a second can change your mood. So, in the next bar I tell them “me I’m doin swell and u should feel the same as well.” That is suggestive persuasion so by that moment I just told u how to feel. Now no matter how u felt when u pressed play u should start “Feelin Good”….
