“When It Rains” is the new visual by Ace the Artist featuring R&B Singer Sherell Rowe. It is the second video from his upcoming hip-hop album, “The Propeller Project”, set to drop during the first quarter of 2013. “When it Rains” reflects the sentiments of complicated young love and the thoughts often felt by a male when he’s fighting to make a relationship work with a fearful, jealous and previously-hurt female – one whom he just can’t let go. “When It Rains” was produced by DMV-based hit maker J Rob and KGB for Jade Films DC directed the video.
