“I’m sure you’ve heard of the old adage ‘the early bird gets the worm’… or maybe you where late that day. For the past 3 years, Chicago based emcee Notebook Noise has been collaborating with Polish based record label Awesome Music Place. This has led to many Google translations, both frustrating and fun as well as several tracks. It has also led to the very unique “Dirty Bird” EP. A summary of goals if you will. A project featuring two Polish pop singers and Staten Island artist Jeff CINCO. Dirty Bird sounds beautiful and heartfelt on the opening track Waiting Games ft. Kaja Czulewicz. Then on the second track Notebook Noise slows it down lyrically over a beat that is driven by great horns and drums featuring Patree C on the chorus and just look out on the last track. It’s a banger.
