Chris Webby was in Miami a few months ago taking a break before his tour with Tech N9ne. Producer SAP (who is know for his work with The Game, Mac Miller, Schoolboy Q, Wiz Khalifa and many more) tweeted Webby that they needed to get back in the studio. Wasting no time, Webby booked SAP’s flight to Miami the next day.
They recorded the whole EP in 8 days at the world famous circle house studios while drinking a bottle or two of Jameson every night, which is where the title of the project “Jamo-Neat” (Dropping 7/15) came from, which is short for Jameson and ordering a drink “neat” is to order it by itself, no ice, mixers, etc. Check out the latest single from the EP that finds Webby prescribing “Whatchu Need” alongside Stacey Michelle.
