Today I was browsing through Audiomack and I came across Kingpen Slim putting up music from years ago. I was pleasantly surprised when I starting to listen to his “Pass The Roc” mixtape, which of course has made me start to go back and listen to the rest of his projects. Kingpen Slim understands how to rap with the production instead of trying to overpower it, which allows him to really showcase his lyrical ability.
