The Milwaukee native emcee, BLAX, premieres all new music with his latest project, “Archangels”. Last year, AllHipHop.com added BLAX to their “Top 50 Underground/Emerging Artists of 2013”. And to start 2014 off, BLAX teamed up with BLDHND MVZIK and 4 AR Music Group to release this new 4-track project.
Available for download, BLAX infuses this project with futuristic hip hop mixed with boom bap, courtesy of producer, 4AR. With only four tracks & one guest feature from Mic Crawl (of Flotron), “Archangels” is a perfect sample of what to expect from BLAX.
“The reason behind me naming the title of this E.P. Archangels is due to the significance of the number four in this project. The number of tracks we recorded totaled four, the name of the producer is 4AR, the project was totally produced in the 4-1-4 and my crew from NY is the 4Fun Crew (Brooklyn). There’s significance in that number,” states BLAX.
