Hartford Connecticut isn’t know for hip…yet. “Underrated Graduates” is Fame and P Dot C’s attempt to shed some light on the hip hop scene in their home city. Fame and P Dot C aren’t just partners in rhyme they are twin brothers. “Underrated Graduates” focuses on the twins time in college and life immediately after. It’s not often siblings get along let alone produce quality music together.
