Rap Icon Max B also known as Charly Wingate was found guilty of involvement in a robbery that left a man dead after the State of New Jersey cohearsed co defendant Gina Conway to testify against him. He was sentenced to 40 years on September 4th 2009,with out any evidence presented by the state.The actually gun man was captured and also testified . Max B was accused of orchestrating a robbery and convicted for armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, and murder. Many people feel the rappers conviction was cruel and unlawful.
