Tell us about you and your movement

Whats good G.Y.B.U we are the T.B.C or ThuroBred Clique. We are a 12 man rap gang based in Philly with roots from Fla. and S.C. We are commonly known by our forefathers name The ThuroBredz (IB tha MC & Arizona) or The Philly Wu. We have rocked over 50 shows in Philly, Virginia, New York, and New Jersey since April 2010. We currently have a mixtape out now Hosted By DJ Thoro (Cassidy’s DJ) titled Thuro Chronicles 1080p HD available for download on a couple of mixtape sites.

When did you start to develop your artistry?

As a group, in 2008 when our studio (Da EmBaCee) was built. We automatically clicked being as though we are family and familiar with each other. Writing, composing, and recording comes easy to us. Its natural now like sunset and sunrise. All it takes is a cypher over a dope beat, the right hook, and there you have it, another EmBaCee Banger (as we like to call it lol).

Who are some of your musical influences?

Rakim, Nas, AZ, Notorious B.I.G, Scarface, Tupac, Wu Tang Clan, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Big Pun, Public Enemy, D.M.X, N.W.A, The Lox, KRS-ONE

What current projects are you working on?

Well our debut mixtape Thuro Chronicles 1080p HD Hosted By DJ Thoro is out now. We are currently working on putting out another mixtape Thuro Chronicles 1 1/2 Blurred Vision soon 4 the pot smokers and party goers. Thuro Chronicles vol 2 is set to release in June. The album is also is the works. Got alot going man we’ve been busy.

How are you planning to ‘Get Your Buzz Up’?

By continuing to work hard and by marketing and promoting our brand to the right audience.
